SKOL Brewery Ltd, its subsidiaries and distributors (hereinafter jointly referred to as "SBL", "we", "us" or "our") respect your privacy rights and undertake to comply with the laws and provisions relating to the protection of your personal data. This Privacy Policy (the "Privacy Policy") is intended to inform you of SBL's use of the personal information collected and how we use it. You will also learn how to change them or have us delete some of the information we hold about you. We invite you to read the following information carefully. We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time without notice, and it is your responsibility to access this page at regular intervals to review these rules. SKOL Brewery Ltd complies with the applicable Law relating to the protection of personal data and privacy and therefore the customer has a right to access, rectify, modify and delete personal information already collected and/or the right to object to the processing of such personal information. 2.2. Unless otherwise specified, SKOL Brewery Ltd retains personal information about its customers for 5 years from the date of collection. After this period, this information is either archived or destroyed.
3. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The personal data we collect on our server is only the data you provide to us:
- When you register;
- When you respond to our requests for the provision of personal data about you in order to contact us;

4.1. We only store personal data for as long as we need it to provide you with the service you have requested from us or for which you have given your consent, unless otherwise provided by law (e.g. in the event of an ongoing dispute).

8.1. The servers used for this Site are in Rwanda and the European Economic Area. However, you are hereby informed, and you consent to the transfer of your personally identifiable data outside Rwanda and the European Economic Area, including to countries that do not offer an adequate level of data protection. In any case, SBL makes every effort to ensure the security of all data allowing the identification of persons that has been obtained through this Site in accordance with applicable law.

Cookies are identifiers our server can send to your computer to identify the computer used for the session.
