These Terms and Conditions apply to all visits to and use of the SKOL Brewery Ltd "Site" as well as its Content (as defined below), information, recommendations and/or services it provides to you. By accessing and using the Site, you signify your agreement to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety without any other law or regulation that applies to the Site, the Internet and/or the web. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in full, please exit the Site. Entry is prohibited to people who are not old enough to consume alcohol in their country.
SKOL Brewery Ltd (SBL) reserves the right to modify this website and its Terms and Conditions of Use at any time without notice, and it is your responsibility to access this page at regular intervals to review this document. Any changes to the Terms will take effect on the date they are posted on this website, and your continued use of this website will indicate your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (as revised or amended).

1.1. The Site is owned and operated by SKOL BREWERY LTD (hereinafter "SBL", "we", "us", "our"). All content presented or displayed therein, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, photographs, images, moving images, sound, illustrations and software ("Content"), is the property of SBL and/or its group companies, licensors and/or content providers. All elements of the Site, including, but not limited to, the overall design and content, are protected by trade dress, copyright, moral rights, trademark and other laws regarding intellectual property rights.

1.2. Apart from the provisions explicitly permitted in this contract or any other contract with SBL, no part or element of the Site or its Content may be copied or retransmitted by any means whatsoever and the Site, its Content and, unless otherwise expressly agreed, all rights relating thereto, will remain the exclusive property of SBL. Any other use, including reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, rebroadcast, display or performance, of the content of the Site is strictly prohibited.

2. TRADEMARKS AND COPYRIGHTS

Unless otherwise stipulated confirming or purporting to confirm the existence of third-party rights, all trademarks appearing on this Site are the property of SBL. Any use of these trademarks and other elements that has not been expressly approved is prohibited and constitutes a violation of copyright, trademark or any other right intended to protect intellectual property.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND DESCRIPTION

3.1. Information. We make every effort to ensure that the content on our website is accurate and up to date. These Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time without notice, particularly due to legislative changes. As soon as these changes are available online, each visitor to the Site is deemed to accept them without reservation, modification or restriction. Therefore, SBL recommends that you check this page regularly. We make no representations or warranties, express or implied, as to the content or operation of this Site. Any representations or warranties to this effect are expressly excluded. All information on this Site is provided for informational purposes only.

USERS OF THIS SITE DECLARE THAT THEY ACCEPT THAT THEY ACCESS THE SITE AND THE ELEMENTS CONTAINED THEREIN AT THEIR OWN RISK. 3.2. Product Descriptions. SKOL Brewery Ltd describes its products as accurately as possible. Most of the SBL products displayed on the Site are available in selected retail stores in the mentioned territories in Rwanda, subject to available stock. We do our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products on the Site. The colors you see depend on your computer screen, however, we cannot guarantee that the display of colors on your monitor will be accurate.

4. REVISIONS AND OTHER USER FEEDBACK

4.1. All revisions, comments or other remarks submitted to SKOL Brewery Ltd on or relating to this Site, or otherwise submitted in connection with your use of the Site, are and shall remain the property of SBL. Such communication, submission or offer of any Comments shall be deemed an assignment to SBL of all worldwide intellectual property rights associated with such Comments.

4.2. You agree that no comments submitted by you to SKOL Brewery Ltd violate the rights of any third party, including any copyright, trademark, privacy or other individual or proprietary rights. You further agree that no comments submitted by you to the Site are defamatory or otherwise unlawful, abusive, or obscene, nor do you contain material considered defamatory. The Parties agree to the jurisdiction of the courts of Rwanda for any action brought arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use. If any part of these Terms and Conditions becomes null and void, it shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. The null and void part will be replaced by provisions that are valid and have legal effect.
