Apart from the provisions explicitly permitted in this contract or any other contract with SBL, no part or element of the Site or its Content may be copied or retransmitted by any means whatsoever and the Site, its Content and, unless otherwise expressly agreed, all rights relating thereto, will remain the exclusive property of SBL. 3.2. Product Descriptions. SKOL Brewery Ltd describes its products as accurately as possible. Most of the SBL products displayed on the Site are available in selected retail stores in the mentioned territories in Rwanda, subject to available stock. We do our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products on the Site. The colors you see depend on your computer screen, however, we cannot guarantee that the display of colors on your monitor will be accurate.

4. REVISIONS AND OTHER USER FEEDBACK

4.1. All revisions, comments or other remarks submitted to SKOL Brewery Ltd on or relating to this Site, or otherwise submitted in connection with your use of the Site, are and shall remain the property of SBL.
